In October 2020, Support Circle announced its merger with RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics to create the largest life-affirming organization in Northern California. The result is five clinic locations

F and K continue to minister to seminary students in their home. F preaches in their local church and teaches five classes at two Bible colleges.

Over the last six months, L has been providing educational support to families working with groups of people in Asia who do not yet have the Bible. The children in these families are called Third-Culture Kids (TCKs)

They have been unable to travel to China to visit beloved young children with disabilities, their families, visually impaired college students and others with whom they have developed relationships over the years. They however were able to keep in touch electronically and provide loving physical and spiritual care and support through local volunteers.
